- A bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower (measuring 140x80).
- Additionally, there is a parking space available for your vehicle.

The studio is conveniently located near cycle paths and is only 2 km away from the town center, where you can find a market and shopping centers.

This property is available for weekly rental or a minimum stay of 2 nights. Please note that the adult tourist tax is to be paid on-site according to the current rates. Cleaning services are not included, and sheets and household linen are not provided. A mandatory accommodation deposit of 300 is required per stay.
