This description is for a cozy holiday home located in a peaceful residential area within the city. The gîte is situated next to the owners' house. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room that includes a comfortable seating area, dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a separate toilet with a washbasin and a linen room. Moving upstairs, you will find the first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and the second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). There is also a mezzanine area that has a convertible sofa, providing an extra bed for one person. The bathroom on this floor features a toilet as well. The gîte offers a WIFI internet connection. From the living room, you can access your private outdoor area, which is not fenced and covers an area of 100 m². This space includes a terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs for your relaxation. There are two parking spaces available, one in front of the gîte and another in the owners' courtyard, who live next door. Guests also have access to the owners' heated swimming pool, which is located on their property and faces their house's terrace. Please note that the pool is shared and available for use between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. The rental price includes various amenities such as sheets, towels, pool towels, tea towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. However, the tourist tax is not included. The pool is open from May to September. Lastly, please note that smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
