The cottage consists of a bedroom with a 140/190 bed, another bedroom with two beds measuring 90/140, and a bathroom equipped with a tub and shower. There is a separate toilet for added convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven with pyrolysis function, gas stove, microwave, and a table with four chairs. A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board is also available. For outdoor relaxation, there is a terrace with a table and four chairs, as well as a swimming pool with four lounge chairs. Additionally, the cottage provides a barbecue, garage, and complimentary garden linen.

To reach the guesthouse, follow the Villeneuve lot - Aiguillon D 911 road. After passing the temple, continue for 5 km and then take a left towards Saint Sardos. Drive for another 2 km and you will find the guesthouse on your right.
