Description for B&B:

TTakoinenborda is a charming Basque farmhouse that dates back to the seventeenth century. Nestled on the banks of a serene river, this historic property is surrounded by verdant greenfields and towering trees. Inside, you will find a harmonious blend of stone, wood, and captivating paintings that pay homage to our ancestors. The location is perfect, as it is conveniently positioned between the enchanting oceanfront town of St Jean de Luz, which is a mere 15 kilometers away, and the vibrant country of Spain, just 2 kilometers away. Additionally, the legendary mountain of La Rhune is within close proximity. SARE, where our farmhouse is situated, is a quintessential Basque countryside village. During your stay, you will be treated to delectable Basque specialties, which are lovingly prepared and served with homemade bread.
