Location: This charming house is situated on the roadside of the village of BUN, nestled between the school and the church.Description: The ground floor features an entrance, a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a freezer, cumulus, and a washing machine. The living room is equipped with a kitchen, oven, fridge, gas hob, electric iron, toaster, microwave, fireplace, TV, armchairs, and a sofa.
On the first level, there are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a 120cm bed, and one with a double bed (140cm) and an additional 70cm bed. Each bedroom has a door leading to an exterior gallery overlooking the field with trees and a lawn.
The third level boasts two spacious attic rooms with a double bed (140cm) and a baby cot, as well as a separate toilet. The house is well-insulated and heated by electricity. Outside, there is a barbecue and garden furniture, all enclosed within a fully fenced grassy field with trees measuring 900m2. The lodge is comfortable and offers all the necessary amenities.
Conveniently located near a bakery, grocery store, and restaurant, this house is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. The region offers a wide range of leisure activities, including over 200km of marked hiking trails in the Pyrenees National Park. Val d'Azun is surrounded by beautiful mountains, such as the Pic du Midi Arrens and Balaïtous, reaching a height of 3144m.
For fishing enthusiasts, there are numerous lakes to choose from, including d'Estaing, Plaa de Prat, Tech dam, Suyen, Batcrabère, and Migouelou. Cyclists can enjoy renowned routes like the Tour de France, including the Aubisque, Soulor, and Borders passes, with 400km of well-maintained mountain biking trails available.
Other activities in the area include paragliding, hiking, and horseback riding. Nearby towns offer additional attractions, such as Argelès with its casino, swimming pool, cinema, and tennis courts, as well as Lourdes with its golf course and the opportunity to explore the surrounding collars and mountains, including Couraduque, Spandelles, Soulor, and Aubisque.
