The living room/lounge area features a TV with satellite channels, offering over 200 options to choose from. There is also a library stocked with books and games, as well as numerous documents for local attractions and visits.

The house has two bedrooms, including a comfortable master bedroom with a 160*200 bed, and a second bedroom with three beds measuring 90*190 each.

There is a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet.

The enclosed garden faces south and is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs, making it the perfect spot for outdoor relaxation. Parking is available within the garden.

Conveniently located just 100 meters away from the house, there is a restaurant, pizzeria, and a small supermarket offering grocery items and fresh bread/pastries.

The town of Landéda is only 2 km away, where you can find all amenities including a supermarket and a weekly market. The town of Lannilis is 5 km away and offers a wide range of shops and services, including three supermarkets (Leclerc, Casino, Aldi) and a large weekly market. Many shops in Lannilis are also open on Sundays.

Newly renovated gîte with a capacity of 5 persons and 2 bedrooms. It is situated in a tranquil enclosed garden facing south. The living/dining room offers TV with English channels and has direct access to a terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer machine, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, and more. There are two bedrooms: one with a luxurious master bed (size 160*200) and the other with three single beds (size 90*190). Additionally, the gîte features a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet facilities.

To get to the house, first, head towards Brest on the N12. Once you reach Landerneau, exit the N12. From there, continue in the direction of Lesneven. In Lesneven, follow the signs towards Lannilis, and then continue towards Landéda. Finally, the house is situated on the Presqu'ile de St Marguerite, just 100 meters away from St Marguerite beach.
