Welcome to La Grange d'ArtDèche, a charming loft converted from a barn in a typical Ardèche farmhouse. This rental is perfect for a couple seeking a peaceful retreat in a corner of paradise. Available from April to October 2022, this 50 m2 loft showcases a blend of contemporary artwork and trendy decor, while still maintaining its authentic charm.

The loft features a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sleeping area with a stunning mountain view, a cozy living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Step outside onto the spacious terrace, which offers complete privacy and a lovely garden to enjoy. The location, tucked away at the back of our restored farmhouse with its own entrance, ensures a tranquil and secluded experience. Situated on the edge of the mountain and the forest, the loft is surrounded by scenic hiking trails and three rivers, providing ample opportunities for exploration.

Just a 2-minute drive from Saint Martin de Valamas, a picturesque village at an altitude of 550m, you will find all the necessary amenities and shops, including bars, tobacco shops, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, doctors, and a pharmacy. Additionally, there is a supervised water park on-site during July and August, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the summer months. The famous Dolce Via cycling and walking path is accessible year-round, allowing you to discover the beauty of the region at your leisure.

Le Cheylard, located only 10 minutes away, offers a slide pool, restaurants, and supermarkets for your convenience. Explore traditional markets and medieval villages in the surrounding area, or head to Saint Martial, just 15 minutes away, to enjoy canoeing and swimming in the lake. Whether you're interested in fishing, hiking, mushroom picking, or simply enjoying the tranquility of nature, this location has it all.

If you wish to explore further, Mont Gerbier de Rush and Mont Mezenc are both a 30-minute drive away.
