On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which can accommodate a cot for children up to 4 years old. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, and toilet. Additional services offered include the option to rent bed linen and towels. Bed linen is priced at 7.50 EUR per person per week, while towels are priced at 7.50 EUR per person per week. Breakfast is available upon request, only on Sunday mornings. A deposit of 100 euros is required, and a cleaning fee of 35 euros will be charged upon departure. Pets are allowed at a fee of 7.50 euros. Power consumption is charged at 0.15 euros per kilowatt.
