Rooms for rent at "Chez Nina THUREY". Nina warmly welcomes you to her home in TOURS, located near Place de la Liberté and Avenue de Grammont. The house is conveniently situated just a few minutes away from bus and tram stops, the Town Hall, SNCF train station, Tourist Office, old Tours, and the lively Place Plumereau with its numerous restaurants.

To ensure availability on your desired dates, please contact the owners. The ground floor offers a 12 m² bedroom for 1 or 2 people, featuring a window overlooking the courtyard. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed with an electric relax box spring (2 x 80 x 200), as well as a private bathroom with a shower. Adjacent to the bedroom, there is a separate WC exclusively for guests. The house is equipped with free electric heating, a ceiling fan, wardrobe, table, desk, chairs, and a flat-screen TV.

Additionally, upon request, a second bedroom for three people is available on the first floor. If needed, a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people can be provided on the adjacent mezzanine for an extra charge per person, per night.

Children aged 4 to 12 years old pay half price, while children under 4 stay for free (parents must bring a cot). A delicious and plentiful French breakfast is included in the price and is served in the dining room or on the terrace (weather permitting) between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The breakfast includes unlimited orange juice, coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, croissants, buttered bread, rusks, and homemade jams.

Parking is available for your cars in the courtyard in front of the house, and there is also a garage for storing bicycles. The tourist tax is included, and free WiFi is provided. Bed sheets, blankets, towels, and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Check-in is between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and on Sundays and public holidays, check-in is between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance. It would be helpful if you could provide an approximate arrival time to avoid any inconvenience.

Access to your room is available at all times. On the morning of your departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. to allow time for cleaning.

For health, hygiene, and allergy reasons, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets in our house. We kindly ask that you respect the current sanitary conditions.

Reservations must be made exclusively by mail or email, including your address and a telephone number for quick communication if necessary. Please note that telephone reservations without written confirmation (letter or email) will not be accepted.

Payment for your reservation can be made by bank check or cash (preferably) during your stay. To confirm reservations for multiple nights, a 20% deposit of the total amount of your stay must be sent by check to Mrs. Nina THUREY, 4 impasse Saint Germain, 37000 TOURS, or by bank transfer (IBAN number available upon request). As we are not a business, we are unable to accept credit cards or holiday vouchers. Only checks and cash are accepted.
