This meticulously furnished two-room apartment spans 30m² and comfortably accommodates up to four individuals. Situated in a peaceful area at the heart of Pornichet, it is ideally positioned between the bustling port, beautiful beaches, lively market, and various shops. The apartment features two convertible sofas, each capable of transforming into a high-quality and comfortable bed for two. The recently renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and electric dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink providing hot and cold water, a three-burner hob/oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a comprehensive set of cookware. Additional amenities include an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a television.

Within the vibrant community of Pornichet, a wide array of cultural, sporting, environmental, and culinary activities await you. Please note that household linen, including sheets and towels, is not provided. A flat rate cleaning and disinfection fee of 50 will be applied. Additionally, a deposit of 300 will be required, along with the applicable tourist tax per adult.
