Welcome to the peaceful Roseraie, where we offer two guest rooms and table d'hôtes. Our charming establishment is located in Montipouret, situated between the beautiful regions of Seas on Indre and Sarzay. Just 10 km away from Nohant and La Châtre in the Vauvre Valley, we are nestled in the heart of the picturesque Black Valley and near the Angibault Mill.Our rates are as follows:
- Room with a double bed and a single bed: 62 euros per night, with a supplement of 15 euros for a third person sharing the same room.
- Single occupancy: 56 euros per night.
- Special price for bikers (with motorcycle): 55 euros per night.
- Pilgrims: 55 euros per night, with the possibility of transportation to Sarzay.
- Weekly rates: 372 euros for 6 nights, 434 euros for 7 nights.
Breakfast is included in the price, and taxes are excluded.
For meals, we offer a delicious dinner for 26 euros per person (reservation required). Children up to 10 years old can enjoy the meal for 18 euros.
Our accommodations feature a small garden where guests can relax. We also provide various games for both adults and children, as well as books and internet connection.
Within a 4 km radius, there are several pleasant and affordable restaurants for lunch.
The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails and attractions to explore. We are happy to provide information on various events and sites to visit.

Check-in time is at 6 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. We speak both French and English, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.
