I am thrilled to invite you to my recently built house in Boucau, boasting a peaceful garden adorned with lush greenery and beautiful flowers.

Please note that this announcement only offers rates for the months of July and August. The prices mentioned are per night, per room.

Our location is conveniently close to various amenities and attractions, such as:

- A bus stop
- Bayonne city center and train station, just a 5-minute drive away
- Stunning beaches just 10 minutes away
- Biarritz airport, a mere 20-minute journey
- The border with Spain reachable within 25 minutes

I am more than happy to provide you with information about this enchanting region and assist you with any tourist information you may need to ensure a memorable stay.

Now, let me introduce you to the charming rooms available for your accommodation. There are three delightful bedrooms, all located upstairs, ensuring your comfort and tranquility. Each room is fully equipped with a shower, sink, TV, and high-speed fiber internet. Here are the details of each room:

- The SECRETS bedroom (N°1, blue): Featuring a spacious 160 cm bed and a lovely view of the garden.
- The DREAMS room (N°2, golden): Offering a cozy 140 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the garden.
- The TALES room (N°3, grey): Providing either two 80 cm beds or a combined 160 cm bed.

The room rate is based on double occupancy (maximum two people per room). You have the option to book one, two, or all three bedrooms, accommodating up to six people.

Rest assured, we provide household linen, towels, and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, we offer a tumble dryer and washing machine on-site for an additional fee.

Please note that the toilets are shared, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation (smoking is only allowed outside). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

Here are some important points to keep in mind:

- Please note that the rental does not include the entire house; it is for individual rooms only.
- During the months of July and August, we require a minimum stay of two nights or a week-long reservation. Monthly rentals are only available from September to June.

Regarding meals, you have the option to bring your own breakfast. However, we also offer a delicious breakfast for an additional fee of 7 per person. This includes coffee, tea, herbal tea, or hot chocolate, along with rusks or brioche, butter, jam, and fruit juice. Please make sure to reserve breakfast in advance. Please note that breakfast is the only meal available on-site.

Now, let's talk about the unique features we have to offer:

- Enjoy the ultimate relaxation with a one-hour session in our private spa, which is included for guests staying in rooms N°1 and N°2. This experience comes with a refreshing bubble drink from the Champagne region, tea or fruit juice, and some delectable treats.
- As a special welcome offer, we provide a 10% discount on treatments at a nearby massage and well-being salon. For more information, please visit the Bulle dEden website.

Additional information:

- Upon request, we can organize outdoor activities such as Qi Gong lessons, Tai-Chi-Chuan, hikes, and surf lessons.
- We have tourist guides and board games available for your entertainment.
- Parking is available in front of the house for your convenience.
