We have a spacious room available that can accommodate up to 3 guests. The room includes a comfortable king-size bed (160x200), a single bed (90x190), and fresh sheets. We also provide a crib, high chair, and baby changing mat for families with young children. The room features a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet. There is ample storage space available in a very large closet.Our former stables have been converted into a charming 45m2 apartment. The apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living area that also serves as a sleeping area with a BZ sofa bed and a single bed (linens provided). We provide household supplies such as a ceramic hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a fridge, iron, ironing board, TV, and WiFi available for your convenience.
For those staying in our cottages, we offer a delicious breakfast that is included in the rate. The rates for bed and breakfast are as follows: €65 for one person per night, including breakfast, and €80 for two persons per night, including breakfast. Children up to 12 years old are charged at a rate of €25 per night. Children under 2 years old stay for free.

Located in a charming old farmhouse, the "Eure Cottage and Barn" offers two fully restored and independent apartments, the "Cottage Rouen". Perfect for a family gathering or a small group, these spacious apartments, measuring 80m2 and 100m2, can accommodate 2 to 12 people.The first apartment, situated in a converted barn dating back to 1873, features a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a private shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy lounge area with an additional single bed, and a private terrace.
The second apartment, located on the first floor above the "Eure Cottage", boasts three bedrooms and a sleeping area with a sofa bed for two people. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and changing table, and a spacious living room with a cathedral ceiling.
Both apartments come with essential amenities such as a cot, high chair, and a local area with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. Other features include comfortable beds, a TV, and wifi access.
Our "Cottage Rouen" holds a 3-key Clévacances rating and a 3-star accreditation from the prefecture, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. Whether you're planning a one-night getaway, a weekend break, or a longer stay, our flexible rental options cater to your needs.
Please note that a security deposit of €500 and a cleaning fee of €150 are required upon arrival. Rental charges include 8 kW of electricity and water per day, with any excess electricity usage charged separately.
