This gîte is located on the first floor of a farmhouse built in 1792 in a peaceful rural village in the beautiful Valley of the Zorn. The gîte features two comfortable bedrooms - Room1 with a double bed and Room2 with two single beds. The living room is equipped with a television for your entertainment, and the kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher for your convenience. The gîte also has a shower room and separate toilet. All bed linen is provided, and the beds will be made for you upon arrival.

Outside, there is a closed courtyard, a spacious green area, and a sheltered area with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. You can also enjoy a game of Ping-Pong or take advantage of the parking space provided. The gîte also offers a telephone with a prepaid card and the possibility of internet access.

The property sits on a 2000 m² plot of land, which includes the main house, outbuildings, a large courtyard, a beautiful lawn with an ornamental pond, and a garden. The gîte is ideally located in the center of the village, offering a peaceful and quiet setting. All amenities can be found within a 3km radius, and popular towns such as Strasbourg, Saverne, and Haguenau are easily accessible by car.

Strasbourg, in particular, offers a wealth of attractions including museums, the famous cathedral, the charming "Little France" district, the European Parliament, and the renowned Christmas market "Christkindel Maricks". The region of Alsace also boasts numerous other sites to explore, such as the Maginot Line fortifications, the pottery towns of Soufflenheim and Betschdorf, and the stunning castles of Ht Koenigsbourg and Fleckenstein, as well as many picturesque villages along the famous wine route.

Directions

To reach the destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Head towards the A4 autoroute and take exit 46. Upon exiting, turn left towards Schwindratzheim. Once you enter the village, take the first right onto a street. Continue straight on this street, named the Church Street, for approximately 250 meters. The gîte will be located on your right.
