Located 200 meters away from Lake Orta in the village of Oira (Common Nonio), the Host/Guesthouse House is a two-story country house that has preserved its original architectural structure.

The first floor boasts a charming outdoor courtyard, perfect for peaceful meals and discussions. Inside, there are beautiful arches and paintings that create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere.

On the second floor, there is a stunning balcony that offers expansive views and showcases newer wooden structures. The high ceilings add to the allure of the space.

Large windows allow for ample natural light, creating a bright and inviting ambiance. The yellow color scheme further enhances the relaxing and contemplative environment.

The ground floor is constructed with high-quality materials that provide heat insulation and noise reduction.

With a total area of 160m2 on the ground floor and 180m2 on the top floor, the house features four spacious rooms, three bedrooms, one living room, and two bathrooms. The house underwent a complete renovation in early 2013, making it essentially brand new and never previously occupied.
