**Stunning Basque House** situated just 2km away from the town center of Sare, offering easy access to all its amenities including a pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, SPAR supermarket, and a medical group consisting of five doctors, a dentist, osteo physiotherapist, nurses, podiatrist, and speech therapist. Additionally, there are numerous bars and restaurants in the vicinity.The house features a beautiful bean-shaped family pool with a progressive landing ranging from 140cm to 180cm in depth (measuring L 9.5m x W 6m), equipped with a security alarm. Each holidaymaker is provided with sunbathing facilities. Furthermore, there is a boulodrome with approved dimensions for leisurely games.
The property boasts a large enclosed garden spanning 1,500 m2, adorned with trees. A spacious terrace offers a delightful view of the pool, and there is a summer kitchen with a plancha and barbecue facilities for outdoor cooking. The house also provides a convenient large car park with an electric gate.
Inside the comfortable 165m2 house, which can accommodate 8 to 10 people, you will find a spacious living/dining room, a beautifully equipped closed kitchen, four bedrooms (three on the upper floor and one on the ground floor) with four double beds (two measuring 160cm and two measuring 140cm), a mezzanine with two single beds measuring 90cm, two bathrooms (one on each floor), and two separate toilets.
Perfectly situated in a picturesque green setting, the property is just a 5-minute drive from the Spanish border, 15 minutes from St Jean de Luz/Ciboure and their stunning beaches, 25 minutes from Bidart, Biarritz, and Anglet, and 45 minutes from San Sebastian and Hossegor/Capbreton.
The house offers free WIFI and includes access to Netflix and Amazon Prime for entertainment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, although we do love them dearly. Please note that this is a peaceful and residential area, so it is not suitable for young revelers.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, so guests are kindly requested to bring their own.
Rest assured, the property is registered with the town hall and the tourist office, ensuring a reliable and trustworthy vacation experience.
