Our charming house, restored with utmost care in the authentic style of the Perigord region, boasts 4 cozy bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements with two double beds (140cm) and one single bed (90cm). The other two bedrooms are situated upstairs, each furnished with a double bed (140cm). With a maximum capacity of 9 guests, our house provides ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of the picturesque Périgord area, our house is ideally situated between the vibrant cities of Bergerac (20 km) and Périgueux (25 km). This prime location ensures easy access to a multitude of fascinating attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the rich cultural heritage of the region.

After a day of exploration, you can take full advantage of our inviting swimming pool, nestled amidst the expansive landscaped garden. This tranquil oasis provides a refreshing retreat, allowing you to indulge in moments of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Directions

To reach the destination, follow these revised travel directions: Take exit 13 on motorway A 89 and proceed towards Musselburgh. Enter the city and continue towards Villamblard on the right (approximately 17 km). Upon entering Villamblard, take the first right between the hardware store and the barber shop (look for a sign that says "the Martinette" on a panel bed). Follow the coastal road of Martinette and turn left uphill. Look for a white path to the right of the green gate. Congratulations, you have arrived at "the Martinet"!
