We provide a range of amenities and services to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. These include a continental buffet breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and secure storage for bicycles, fishing tackle, skis, and other equipment. Additionally, we offer an airport shuttle service to Carcassonne and packed lunches for convenience.

Our accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin room, and one family room. Each room features a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and wc. Guests can enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen satellite TV with a DVD slot, and amenities such as a hairdryer, fan, and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. For maximum comfort, our rooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. Bath towels are supplied, and guests are advised to bring their own beach towels for swimming. A communal fridge/freezer is accessible to all guests. Please note that smoking is only permitted within the grounds, as our rooms are non-smoking.

The nearest shops, bars, and restaurants are located 3km away, while Mediterranean beaches and the entrance to Spain can be reached in just over an hour's drive. Within a half-hour drive, guests can visit a swimming lake and the Dinosaur Museum. The nearest ski resort is less than an hour's drive away. Cycling enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the Tour de France often passes by our property, as it did on July 6th, 2013. Our location is ideal for walkers, ramblers, cyclists, fishermen, skiers, or anyone seeking a relaxing holiday near the beach.

We offer a charming self-catering apartment on the ground floor, perfect for a comfortable stay for 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, another bedroom with a luxurious super king size bed, and a spacious lounge/dining room that opens onto a lovely decked terrace through patio doors. The bathroom boasts a generously sized jet shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, guests have shared access to a refreshing swimming pool.

Directions

To reach the destination, start at Quillan and follow the D117 road along Boulevard Charles de Gaulle. Continue straight for approximately 3km until you reach Belvianes et Cavirac. Stay on the main road, heading towards Axat and Perpignan. The property can be found opposite Le Chalet restaurant.
