The enchanting Fontainebleau forest captivates visitors with its ancient sandstone blocks, which take on surprising and harmonious forms throughout the seasons.

Not only is our house the perfect gateway to the forest, but it also provides easy access to cultural attractions. Explore the nearby Fontainebleau castle, visit the renowned village of Barbizon, known for its painters, and discover the Chapel of Simple, a place of inspiration for Jean Cocteau. Don't miss the charming village of Milly la Forêt with its fifteenth-century hall, and a short drive away, you'll find the fortified village of Moret sur Loing with its pedestrian main street.

For those interested in the arts, Samois sur Seine is a picturesque port town on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest, where famous writers and artists, including Victor Hugo, once stayed.
