This charming house is situated in the quaint village of Sobreiro. Sobreiro is a small village located between Mafra and Ericeira in the municipality of Mafra. The village is famous for its renowned artist and Commander Jose Franco, who transformed the land into art by creating a miniature village with mechanized puppets that depict various professions and the daily life of old villages.

In addition to this, the village is also home to the Poets House, where you can find a vast collection of pottery pieces decorated with beautifully written poems by António Batalha.

The house itself is conveniently located near stunning beaches such as Ericeira, Ribeira dIlhas, São Lourenço, Foz do Lizandro, Barril, Calada, Coxos, and more. This single-story house offers complete independence and features two bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a TV and access to a terrace perfect for enjoying a nice BBQ and admiring the breathtaking sunset. It also includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and an office with a computer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Surrounded by a garden, the villa also boasts a 10m by 4m swimming pool, making it an ideal choice for families with children.

Just a short 500-meter walk from the village center, where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, food stores, and a local fruit and vegetable market on weekends. Additionally, the house is conveniently located near the A21 freeway, allowing easy access to Lisbon, only a 30-minute drive away. The Atlantic Coast is also within reach, offering numerous beaches perfect for surfing, bodyboarding, and windsurfing, including the internationally renowned Ribeira dIlhas known for its competitions.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the opportunity to take long walks in the surrounding area.
