This description is for a house occupying 130m² on the ground and first floor, which can accommodate 6 to 7 people.Upon entering, you will find a spacious lounge area (45m²) with a charming inglenook fireplace and a wood-burning stove. The lounge is furnished with a dining area, lounge suite, and a color television.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine.
Moving upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm, while the third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm. Additionally, there is a cot and a spare single bed available.
One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.
Outside, the house has its own patio area with garden dining furniture and sun loungers. Guests also have shared access to an extensive garden, which includes a 10 x 5 m swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

Directions
To reach your destination, you can take either junction 9 of the A62 motorway from Bordeaux or junction 63 of the A20 (E9) from Paris. Alternatively, you have the option to board the TGV express train from either London or Paris, which will take you directly to Agen or Toulouse. If you prefer to fly, you can choose between Toulouse airport Blagnac, which is approximately 65 km away and can be reached via British Airways or Air France, or Carcasonne airport, which is around 120 km away and can be reached via Ryan Air.
