The bathroom on this floor includes two sinks, one shower, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a spacious area that can be used as a relaxation space.

Outside, there are various structures for young children such as swings, a slide, and a game of bowls. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor amenities including picnic benches, a table tennis table, and a swimming pool with a Zodiac dinghy measuring 5.50 meters in diameter and 1.20 meters in height.

There is a 65 square meter garage available for use as well.

In the village of Bours, at an intersection with a Calvary, you will find "La vieille forge" on the right side. It is located at the bottom of a courtyard, and you will see the signboard of my husband's workshop, "Atelier de la cithare."
