Les Grands Marronniers Gite is a fully renovated house that is perfect for gatherings in France, whether it be for 2 or 3 families or a group of friends.

In addition to its comfortable, well-decorated, and functional interior, the house offers a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere in its 700 m2 garden, complete with a private and secure swimming pool. Parasols and deckchairs are provided for your convenience.

Located in the charming village of St Mathieu, the house is only 400 m away from various shops, including a supermarket, chemist, and two doctors. Additionally, it is just 2 km away from a 33-hectare leisure lake.

The Gite can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, with five bedrooms and three shower-rooms. Each floor has a spacious shower, toilet, and sink. The large dining room can seat up to 14 people, and there is also a cozy living room with a wood burner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, and a three-ring gas hob. From the kitchen and dining room, you can access the patio area, which features two tables and eight chairs. Additionally, there is a large shaded table with seating for up to 15 people and 18 chairs at the lower part of the patio under a canopy.

The salt-water swimming pool, measuring 12.5m x 5m, includes a paddling pool for children. It is fully enclosed, and there is an alarm on the edges to detect any falls into the pool.

The 700m2 garden provides a safe and secure space for children to play, as the entire area is fenced for their protection.

To reach your destination, you have two options:

1. By plane: Arrive at the International Airport Limges Bellegarde, which is located 30 miles away from your destination.

2. By road: Take the A20 highway and exit at 33 towards Périgueux. From there, continue in the direction of Aixe sur Vienne.
