Description:

Description for B&B:

Located between Gaillac and Cordes, this holiday destination is an ideal base for exploring the charming Bastide towns and picturesque villages of the Tarn region. It is conveniently close to the historic town of Albi, boasting its magnificent cathedral and the Toulouse Lautrec museum, making it a great spot for indulging in delicious local cuisine and exquisite wines from Gaillac.

Catherine and Guillaume were captivated by this enchanting 15th century stone-built house perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views of the Bastide town of Castelnau de Montmiral. With 5 hectares of land surrounding the property and a spacious pool, it truly is a little corner of paradise. It is believed that the old farmhouse once served as a resting place for pilgrims on their journey to St Jacques de Compostelle.

Our main goal is to provide warm hospitality in a tranquil setting, making it an ideal escape for both couples and families. We offer four very comfortable ensuite rooms, each with access to the large pool. Our B&B is classified as a grade 4 gites de France country house, ensuring a high standard of accommodation. Additionally, we provide the option of an evening meal at our "table d'hotes".

For the convenience of our guests, we have a communal lounge called "La Case Créole," exclusively available for B&B guests to relax, socialize, and discover more about the region. However, if you prefer a more independent holiday, we can arrange a self-catering gite for you. These gites include ensuite rooms, a kitchenette, a sitting room, and a terrace, allowing you to prepare and enjoy meals at your own convenience.
