Situated on the premises of a charming briard farm, this cottage is an ideal choice for your holidays in the Paris area (only a 45-minute drive from Paris City) and the Champagne & Vineyards region.With its independent access, contemporary design, and warm-hearted atmosphere, the cottage offers a comfortable stay. The ground floor features an entrance, a spacious room with a comfortable bed (160), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that opens onto a private wooden terrace with a barbecue. Additionally, there is a cozy living room with a lovely view of the garden, equipped with internet access (Wifi) and a desk. On the first floor, you will find a room with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The cottage also boasts a large shared wooded garden with the owners and a vegetable garden. A car park is available for your convenience. This holiday house is the perfect choice for those who want to discover and enjoy the beauty of French rural life.
