Description:

Description for B&B:

'Murier Blanc boasts its own private entrance from a peaceful lane that runs alongside the main development. The front drive offers ample parking space for three cars. Surrounding the property, you'll find a generous tiled area and lush shrub borders that provide privacy. The lawns at the front and far side of the villa are enclosed by a meticulously maintained hedge, carefully trimmed to ensure uninterrupted views of the breathtaking valley and distant hills.

Inside the villa, you'll discover a spacious open-plan layout featuring a stylish American-style kitchen, a dining area, and comfortable sitting spaces. The bedrooms are cleverly positioned on either side of this central living area, creating two distinct sleeping arrangements. One side houses two double bedrooms that can be arranged as twin beds or doubles, with a large shared shower room. On the other side, you'll find the master bedroom, complete with an en suite shower room. French doors from the master bedroom open onto the covered terrace at the front of the house, where you can soak in the stunning south-facing views. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, along with luxurious LOccitane bathroom products.

Accessed through the back door, the well-equipped kitchen leads to a small utility room housing a fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave. The kitchen itself features a dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker, coffee machine, kettle, teapot, toaster, and more.

The dining area showcases an impressive French-style rustic table with six chairs. Adjacent to it, the seating area offers two large linen-covered sofas, a coffee table, and entertainment options such as a TV and CD/DVD player. The large patio windows maximize the enjoyment of the picturesque views. A door from this area leads to the covered terrace, where a spacious glass-topped table and six chairs invite you to enjoy alfresco dining in any weather. Just a short flight of steps away from the garden, you'll find the main pool, complete with a sun deck, loungers, parasols, and a boules court on one side. While technically shared with approximately five other houses and two apartments, the pool is rarely crowded as many other properties on the site have their own private pools.

The entire development is meticulously maintained, and guests have access to an excellent on-site restaurant and a charming boutique hotel with a spa where you can book rejuvenating treatments. The spa features a hammam and Jacuzzi, perfect for indulging in relaxation during an early spring or late autumn getaway when the outdoor pools may not be available.'
