To reach the property, start by taking the Lannion/Bégard exit (D767) from the N12. Next, exit onto the D33 towards Cavan. At the junction, turn left and then right towards Roche Derrien/Mantallot on the D33. After passing Mantallot, take a left turn indicated for Langoat at the crossroads where you will see a restaurant on your right. Continue straight up the hill and at the next T-junction, turn left. Finally, take another left at the end of the road to arrive at the entrance of the property, which is approximately 500 meters ahead.

To reach the destination, begin at Langoat centre and head towards Lanmerin/Rospez. Continue past both schools and once you reach the exit of the village, make a left turn. Keep driving for approximately 1.5 miles until you spot the entrance on your left.
