We are delighted to present our selection of bedrooms for our guests. Each of our bedrooms is a double room and comes with bed linen, towels, and a continental breakfast.

ARTAGNAN room (XXL): This spacious double room features a double bed, shower, toilet, and internet access.

ARAMIS room (XL): This large room offers a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and internet access.

In addition to the bedrooms, our tenants have exclusive access to a spacious living room with a fireplace, flat screen TV (50 inches), C+ and satellite channels, stereo, and WIFI internet (802.11 g/n). There is also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for their convenience.

MILADY room (XL): This junior suite has a separate entrance and offers a TV, stereo, bathroom with shower and toilet, and internet access.

As our tenants, you will also have privileged access to various amenities including a large pool (available from April to October) with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, sunbeds, shower, and WC. There is also a tennis court, a golf putting green and driving range, a pétanque area, a ping pong table under an awning, a swing and children's playground in the woods, a fully equipped gym, and a billiard room library with a TV, stereo, karaoke, and games.

Ampeils is located on the D112, which is between Valence sur Baise and Vic Fezensac.

If you are coming from Valence sur Baise, when you reach Ampeils, turn right at the sign that says "The Bigourdan."

Continue driving slowly and take the second left to reach the private parking area.
