The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, an oven, an electric cooker with 4 cooking areas, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

For your convenience, there is a separate room housing a washing machine.

All rooms in the house are furnished with wardrobes, pillows, and duvets.

Room 1 offers a comfortable double bed (1m60) along with a private bathroom and toilet.

Room 2 features another spacious double bed (1m60).

Room 3 provides two cozy single beds.

Additionally, there is a second separate bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The garden boasts a private swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m, with a depth of 1m80 at its deepest points. The pool is open from early May to late September. The garden is also furnished with outdoor seating, a parasol, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation.

Parking space is available for up to 3 cars.

Please note that pets are not permitted in the house.
