With secure parking, a swimming pool, a vast 4000m2 garden, and wifi access, guests can enjoy a range of amenities.

The "Charcoal" studio, with its distinctive graphic decor, has been transformed into a comfortable guest room. It features a 160cm sofa bed with a latex top mattress and memory foam, along with a spacious bathroom including a walk-in shower and separate toilet. The studio is situated on the ground floor of the villa, offering a beautiful view of a private 16m2 terrace adorned with flowers. This terrace opens up to the garden and pool area.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast served amidst the lush garden of the guesthouse. The breakfast includes unlimited hot beverages such as espresso, tea, and hot chocolate, as well as freshly squeezed juices.
