Welcome to Laurent Vidal's villa (2023), located in the charming old town of Plouharnel. Situated near the "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and just a short walk from the coastal path (GR34), this villa offers a minimum stay of 5 nights between the stunning ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Nestled on Rue de la Baie, a quiet dead-end street leading to the sea (Bay side) and the Kercroc oyster farming yards, the villa is conveniently surrounded by all necessary amenities, including a supermarket, pharmacy, press, restaurants, and bistro, all within walking distance.

This 4-star classified villa (Furnished tourism classification) is a separate second house, situated on the same land as the guest rooms.

The ground floor features a spacious living room (50 m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower.

Upstairs, you will find three double bedrooms with 180cm king-size beds. Two of the bedrooms have their private bathrooms with a toilet and walk-in shower, while the third bedroom has access to a bathroom with a 180cm bed and 2x90 cm beds.

The villa offers a private swimming pool for your exclusive use. The pool is heated (28°C from March to October) and has a consistent depth of 2.10 m throughout its entire surface (7 X 3.50 m). The garden is fully enclosed, ensuring your privacy, and the parking lot can accommodate up to three vehicles. Electric recharge is also possible from a regular outlet.
