Spanning 36 m², this apartment is located in a protected area and features a spacious living room with a large balcony, a 42-inch HD flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, baking mat, kitchen utensils, and matching tableware. The separate bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a cabin bedroom with bunk beds and a separate toilet.
