Enjoy the proximity to the city and the convenience of being near the Le Mans University business district, with excellent public transportation options.We're just a 5-minute drive from the A11 motorway (Le Mans Centre exit). For cycling enthusiasts, there are local trails in the village, the scenic nature boulevard, and the Vélobuissonnière, located 5 km away. Start your day with a delightful breakfast served between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. in the guest lounge or on the terrace when the weather is pleasant. Indulge in homemade pastries and jams crafted from fruits harvested in our orchard.

Directions
If you're starting from the center of Le Mans, make your way towards Laval University. Once you exit Le Mans, follow the signs to Rouillon and continue on the road leading to Pruillé-le-Chétif.
If you're arriving via the motorway from Paris, Normandy, Brittany, or Nantes-Angers, take the A11 exit for Le Mans Centre. At the first roundabout, proceed in the direction of Rouillon. Continue through Rouillon, heading towards Pruillé-le-Chétif.
After leaving the village, you'll find the guesthouse at the end of the road, directly across from the large pond.
