Welcome to our newly renovated studio style chalet! Located on the 6th floor with an elevator, this 27m2 chalet offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the slopes facing south-west. Situated in the heart of the resort, you'll find yourself adjacent to the mall and cinema Péclet, making it convenient for all your needs.

The studio has been completely refurbished this year in the charming style of an old wooden chalet. Everything inside is brand new, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We take cleanliness seriously and expect our guests to leave the studio in impeccable condition. By committing to this, you contribute to the satisfaction of all tenants throughout the season.

Inside, you'll find accommodations for up to four people. The main room features a sofa bed, while the entrance has two bunk beds. A wooden sliding door provides privacy for the bed area. The studio also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, pressure cooker, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. The bathroom is newly renovated, and there is a separate toilet.

Step out onto the balcony, which is adorned with a veranda decorated with old wood. Here, you can relax and soak in the magnificent views. The studio also comes with a ski locker for your convenience and a secure games area. For entertainment, there is a TV with a DVD player, including cable channels.

Please note that our studio is not classified due to administrative reasons, but rest assured, the pictures speak for themselves. The lease period is from Saturday to the following Saturday at 10 am. Rates include water and electricity and are supported by high-quality rental services. To secure your reservation, we require a 25% deposit of the rental amount, along with a €400 security deposit. After a thorough inspection of the studio by the next tenant, the security deposit will be returned if no damages are reported. Additionally, a tax of €0.90 per person per day is payable to the Treasury. We will provide you with a lease agreement once the deposit is paid.

The weekly rate for our studio ranges from €450 to €800. Please note that linen is not provided and should be brought by guests.
