Nestled amidst the picturesque vineyards of the Touraine, Domaine de la Chapelle is a tranquil retreat set within a sprawling natural garden. Our charming stone longère and renovated Grange, both dating back to the 18th century, offer a taste of traditional French countryside living.Comprising of three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a spacious family suite, Domaine de la Chapelle provides an authentic bed and breakfast experience. Additionally, we offer a cozy studio for two or three guests, as well as a well-equipped self-catering apartment/gite. Each accommodation option boasts private bathroom facilities, French television, a hairdryer, and a welcome tray complete with a kettle, tea, coffee, and infusions.
Drawing in natural light, every bedroom offers delightful views of the terrace and the lush garden beyond. Outdoor spaces include inviting terraces adorned with comfortable garden furniture, a picnic bench, and a dedicated area with a swing and slide for children to enjoy.
Description for Gite
Our self-catering gite is conveniently located on the ground floor, providing easy access through its own private entrance. It is a part of a charming 18th-century stone longere. Perfect for 2 to 4 guests, our gite offers comfortable accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The modern family bathroom features a bath/shower and a double vanity unit. The cozy lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating for 4 people, a TV/DVD, and French doors that open onto a charming semi-shady terrace and the beautiful garden beyond. The well-equipped kitchen/dining area includes an electric cooker and hood, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Additionally, we provide a coffee machine, toaster, blender, and a complete range of crockery and cooking utensils. Both bedrooms offer picturesque views of the natural, pretty garden, and the second bedroom conveniently has direct access to a sunny terrace and a spacious lawn area with garden furniture, a BBQ, and sun loungers. Un nouveau: séjour merveileux!
Nous venons de séjourner une deuxième fois au superbe Domaine de la Chapelle situé à Faverolles sur Cher.Pendant quatre jours de rêve,,nous avons occupé la chambre/studio au joli nom de " Mirabelle" et caractérisée par un confort absolu et un charme unique. L'accueil de Rebecca et de Philip a été extrêmement chaleureux et convivial Tout est fait pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Le parc et le jardin parfaitement entretenus sont un ravissement pour les yeux .Le lieu est magique et vous permet de vous ressourcer tout en visitant également cette magnifique région qu'est la Touraine.

Directions
To begin your journey, you will need to cross the river Cher at Montrichard. Once across, you will reach a roundabout where you should take the second exit to cross the route nationale. At the following roundabout, take the first exit which will lead you in the direction of Loches/Faverolles sur Cher. Continue following the signs for Loches for approximately 1km until you come across the sign for Faverolles on your right. Turn onto the road that leads to Faverolles and cross the small bridge. As you enter the village, you will pass the church on your right. Take a right turn into Route de la Clemencerie and follow the signs for Les Maugeres. After passing the cemetery on your right, take the third road on the left, known as Route des Maugeres. The last house on the right, enclosed within a long wall and opposite the vineyards, is Domaine de la Chapelle.
If you are coming from Tours Sud (south Tours) or Blere, take the route nationale, RN976, in the direction of Vierzon and Bourges. Look out for a sign that reads Montrichard 9km. Continue along the RN976 for approximately 6km. You will come across a TOTAL garage on the right, about 3km away from Montrichard. Take the next road on the right, which leads to Faverolles, and follow the directions for Les Maugeres. Continue along the Route de la Haute Clemencerie for about 800m until you reach Route des Maugeres. Domaine de la Chapelle is the first house on the left, across from the vineyards.
For those coming from Vierzon, Bourges, or St Aignan, take the route nationale, RN76, in the direction of Tours and Montrichard. Exit the RN76 at the Montrichard/Faverolles sur Cher exit.
