Description for Gite

The "Caudalie" cottage is designed to provide maximum comfort for two adults and a toddler. It features an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, spanning 45m². The air-conditioned bedroom, measuring 20m², offers a double bed (140x200), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Tenants also have access to a shaded terrace and a small private garden, complete with garden furniture and two chairs for relaxation (please note that barbecues are not permitted).

The cottage is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor fan, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, 82 cm flat screen TV with Canal+, a dining table with four chairs, and a serving hatch counter.
