Come and relax at our charming house situated in the forest, just 1.5 km from the village center. With 6 hectares of land and a beautiful barnyard, you'll feel right at home. We are conveniently located 20 km from both the beaches and the first spa town of France, Dax. Additionally, we are only 3 km from the A63, providing easy access to Bordeaux and Spain.Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by Catherine. Our house offers three spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and toilet facilities. Choose from the cozy yellow room, which features a double bed and two single beds, the inviting blue room with a double bed and two single beds, or the tranquil green room with a double bed and one single bed (for children only, maximum 160cm).
Guests can enjoy a common lounge area equipped with a TV, and all rooms are equipped with WIFI access. You will also have a separate entrance for added privacy.
In the morning, indulge in a delicious breakfast served in our charming dining room or outside when the weather permits. Take advantage of our garden furniture, barbecue, and children's games, including a swing.
There are plenty of sports and cultural activities to choose from during your stay. Explore the beautiful Palue River with canoeing and kayaking, or venture out on the numerous hiking and biking trails that lead to the beach. Horseback riding is also available in Lit et Mixe, and tennis courts, a library, cinema, and theme evenings are organized for your entertainment.

Nestled within a 6-hectare park, our property offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Explore the stunning pine forest surrounding the house by following the walking trails that start right from our doorstep. C'est avec un sourire franc et authentique que Catherine vous accueillera, en se montrant toujours aux petits soins. Le mariage parfait d'une constante prévenance à une discrétion sans faille. Elle aime les gens, elle aime recevoir et c'est manifeste à chaque instant !
Vous logerez dans l'une des 3 charmantes chambres, propices à un séjour en couple comme en famille, à l'étage desquelles se trouvent à votre disposition un salon avec TV, frigo et tout le nécessaire à la détente... Même si les 6 hectares de (sublime) terrain vous pousseront inévitablement à vivre dehors, entourés de chevaux et des compositions florales qui nous ont émerveillés tout au long de notre séjour.
Ne passez sous aucun prétexte à côté du petit déjeuner composé des confitures et miel faits maison, celui-ci vous sera servi, toujours dans la bonne humeur, à l'ombre de la terrasse dominant le parc... En un mot : FONCEZ !

Ancienne ferme landaise dont la propriétaire a su conserver l'authenticité , l'âme et le charme ...en pleine campagne...lieu très ressourçant où les chevaux galopent en liberté. ..
