Description for Gite

This rental is available for a minimum of 7 days, with a maximum rental period of 3 months. The prices are as follows:
- $990 per month for 1 or 2 months, for 1 person
- $1200 per month for 1 or 2 months, for 2 people
- $900 per month for 3 months, for 1 person
- $1040 per month for 3 months, for 2 people

Please note that the tourist tax of $1.65 per day per person is not included in the price. A deposit of $800 can be paid by check or cash. Depending on the length of your rental, there may be a discount available.
The charges are included in the price and cover heating (in season), hot/cold water consumption, electricity, high-speed WIFI, and cleaning at the end of the rental. Towels, kitchen essentials, and bedding are provided. Bathroom and kitchen towels are changed weekly, while bedding is changed every two weeks. Free parking is available in the vicinity, subject to availability (blue zone restrictions apply Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, limited to 2 hours).
We strive to provide quality service. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Please note that the tourist tax of $1.65 per day per person is not included.

Très beau appartement dans une rue extrêmement calme d'une excellente propreté
entièrement équipé avec un très beau jardin.
Je vous le conseille vivement si vous partez à Lille.

La décoration, le confort et l'environnement, tout y est pour rendre le séjour très agréable dans ce magnifique studio. De plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques tout en restant discrets. Bref : une adresse à retenir absolument pour un court ou plus long séjour à Lille.

Très bon accueil et prestations de qualités, en deux mots: Excellent séjour.

Mon fiancé et moi-meme avons séjournés un mois et demi au "Cosmobulles" et ce fut parfait! L'appartement est charmant, idéal pour une ou deux personnes, et dans un petit havre de paix à 5mn de Lille. L'environnement est calme et propice au repos ou aux études. Un gros coup de coeur pour la déco du studio (design, chaleureuse), le tout très bien entretenu et très propre. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous!

Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout. Ils se sont assurés que nous ne manquions de rien, ils ont été très disponible, arrangeant et nous ont donné plein de bonnes adresses. Toujours le sourire et disponible pour de petites conversations. Ce fut un plaisir de rencontrer ces charmants propriétaires qui ont le sens du service et de l'accueil!

Nous recommandons vivement le Cosmobulles, idéal pour un séjour dans le cadre des études, affaires, tourisme... Adresse à conserver pour ma part!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans le studio "Cosmobulles", espace contemporain où tout est conçu pour le confort des occupants ! Décoration très "classe", propreté, équipement de qualité (cuisine, sdb, écran plat), lits très confortables et cerise sur le gâteau, la qualité de l'accueil des propriétaires !
Situation géographique idéale permettant un accès facile pour visiter le centre de Lille.
En résumé: endroit à recommander !

Prestation de grande qualité, tant sur l'accueil des propriétaires, la situation géographique et le raffinement des lieux. Tout est pensé dans cette location où il est fort agréable de séjourner. Quartier très calme, proche de la ligne de tramway qui permet de se rendre à Lille en à peine 10mn sans rencontrer de problèmes de stationnement.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et de très bons conseils.
Une adresse que nous vous recommandons sans aucune hésitation, pour notre part nous la gardons précieusement.
