Situated in a peaceful area, it also provides convenient parking facilities. The apartment features two double bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a veranda equipped for outdoor dining under the stars.

You will find all the comforts you need nearby, including restaurants and shops. The prices for 2011 are as follows, in Euros per week:

- January 1st to April 9th: 300
- April 9th to May 28th: 350
- May 28th to June 18th: 400
- June 18th to July 2nd: 450
- July 2nd to July 16th: 600
- July 16th to July 30th: 700
- July 30th to August 27th: 800
- August 27th to September 3rd: 500
- September 3rd to September 17th: 450
- September 17th to October 1st: 400
- October 1st to November 5th: 350
- November 5th to December 31st: 300

The prices include electricity, water, and gas consumption. A final cleaning fee of Euro 35 is required. Towels and linens are available for Euro 15 per person per week.
