This charming cottage is nestled in a former Norman armory, offering guests a unique and independent stay. Situated just 50m away from the owners' house, it guarantees a tranquil and peaceful experience. The cottage boasts a shared garden, with a lovely lawned area for relaxation. It features one enclosed private entrance and parking space for your convenience.Inside, you will find an open kitchen and living room area, complete with a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a toilet. Additionally, a washing machine is available for your use. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with one double bed and one single bed, perfect for accommodating up to three people.
For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with electric heating. Please note that a cleaning fee of 30 euros applies.
Conveniently located near popular destinations such as Etretat, Fecamp, and PONT DE NORMANDIE, you will have easy access to shops, leisure activities, and the charming downtown harbor.
