Le Clos Monthébert is a charming cottage located in the picturesque countryside, offering a tranquil and peaceful retreat. Originally an old farm, it has been beautifully converted into a country house and is surrounded by a one-hectare fenced park, filled with lush greenery. The cottage is situated in a separate annex, adjacent to the owners' residence.

Upon entering the cottage, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious entrance hall. The authentic kitchen, with its rustic yet modern charm, is fully equipped with all necessary amenities including a hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a dining area within the kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The living-dining room exudes a flea market atmosphere, combining rustic and modern elements to create a unique ambiance. On the ground floor, you will find the Plantagenet room, featuring a comfortable 160-size bed and a private bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet. This spacious room is tastefully decorated in shades of gray and mauve, offering a serene view of the garden.

Another ground floor room, the Bocage room, boasts a cozy atmosphere with its rough stone walls and tiled floor. It features a double bed and a private bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet.

For those seeking a more adventurous experience, the 24 Hours Room awaits you on the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. This room offers two twin beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed, as well as an additional single bed. It has its own bathroom with a bath, basin, walk-in shower, Italian toilet, and skylight. This spacious attic room is perfect for a small family or a group of three.

Linen and WIFI are provided in each room, which also include flat-screen TVs, comfortable furnishings, fans, and hairdryers.

During pleasant weather, guests can enjoy a private enclosed garden and a furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. The expansive wooded park is also available for leisurely walks, accompanied by the owners' friendly Golden Retriever, who is great with children.

A magnificent 10m x 5m swimming pool, complete with a solarium terrace equipped with deckchairs and a pergola, is available for guests to enjoy. Please note that the swimming pool is shared with the owners and is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in this area.

The property offers free and secure parking with a digital code-operated gate, as well as the option for covered shelter for one car.

Le Clos Monthébert is a truly magnificent house, providing all the comforts needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It is conveniently located near various attractions, including the Circuit des 24H du Mans, the historic center of Le Mans, and scenic green and waterway circuits. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby state forest of the petite Charnie, as well as opportunities for horseback riding. For family fun, the Brûlon leisure center offers supervised swimming, canoeing, paddle surfing, pedal boating, mountain biking, tennis, and archery. Additionally, the Papea amusement park and the zoo de la Flèche are within easy reach.

The cottage is easily accessible via exits 8 and 9 of the A11, A28, and A81 motorways, with a travel time of approximately 20-25 minutes.
