It boasts three spacious living areas, including an inviting entrance hall, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (150 x 200) complete with a walk-in shower and separate toilet, as well as convenient clothes-washing facilities. The comfortable living room seamlessly integrates with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The hall's double French windows open onto a delightful tiled terrace and pergola, offering a tranquil space to relax, while the expansive stone-walled garden, adorned with mature trees and shrubs, provides ample shade.
