Our "gîte de la Motte" Holiday Cottage is a charming stone house, offering independence and ample space with its 80m². It is the perfect retreat for a delightful and relaxing holiday, whether you are with family, friends, or a couple.Situated in the heartland of the Arthurian Broceliande forest, this area is a haven for history and legend enthusiasts. Immerse yourself in the captivating tales as you explore iconic sites such as Merlin's Grave, the Fountain of Youth, Hotié de Vivianne, the castle of the Lady of the Lake, and the enchanting Valley of No Return.
Additionally, the Broceliande area is a paradise for walkers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts. With a plethora of activities to enjoy, including hiking, horseback riding, pony treks, visiting standing stones, and an adventure playground, there is something for everyone. For water lovers, a leisure activity base with water sports on the nearby lake and canoeing await, along with the option of mini-golf for a fun-filled day.
The rental price for our holiday cottage ranges from 350€ to 450€ per week, with an additional option of a short stay (B&B) for 80€.

Directions
If traveling by road, it takes approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes from Paris using Highway A11, or 40 minutes from Rennes via RN24.
Once on the road, take the exit for Plélan-le-grand. Drive through the city until you see a sign on the right indicating the way to Paimpont (D38). Proceed through the forest and, when you reach the midpoint, make a right turn onto D40, following the signs towards Saint-Peran. Keep going until you reach La Croix Perrault, which is located past the hamlet of Trédéal.
