Situated in the heart of the Auvergne region, this house is a true little corner of paradise. With a capacity to accommodate 10 people, this former barn has been transformed into a warm and meticulously decorated haven.

The conservatory offers the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast under the rising sun. During summer days, this sheltered space allows you to bask in the outdoors, while in colder weather, it provides a cozy retreat from the elements. It is an invitation to truly live in the moment.

Every corner of this charming house has been designed to provide relaxation and well-being. The large living room, exuding a quiet and elegant style, is divided into a lounge area, dining area, and kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace. On the second floor, you will find a second comfortable and cozy living room equipped with a TV, library, and board games.

The kitchen area is ideally arranged and equipped with high-end appliances, making it perfect for hosting large gatherings of family or friends. It includes white hotel-quality dishes accompanied by a housekeeper, a dishwasher, a microwave and oven, a 4-burner gas hob with a hood, 2 large fridges, a large freezer, and various small appliances for your convenience.

With 3 bathrooms, each equipped with either a bath, shower, or spa, everyone can find the perfect space for their needs.
