Located 15 km away from Agen, on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne River, you will find the charming hamlet of Gil overlooking the breathtaking Valley of the Mass. Situated on an expansive 8-hectare property, this bed and breakfast is housed in a historic building that dates back to the sixteenth century. The ground floor of the MYOSOTIS house offers a comfortable 25 m² space with a 140 cm bed, a 90 cm bed, a wardrobe, a shower with a toilet, a kitchenette, and a private terrace. On the first floor, the Red rooms feature a 140 cm bed, two single 90 cm beds, a wardrobe, and a shower with a toilet.

During your stay, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, spanning 50 m². Additionally, you will have the opportunity to meet our adorable Angora goats, who produce the famous mohair, as well as our friendly group of three donkeys. If needed, we can arrange for a baby-sitter upon request.

There are plenty of exciting places to explore nearby, including the medieval village of Clermont Dessous, located just 2.5 km away with its eleventh-century church. For your shopping needs, the village of Port St. Mary is only 5 km away. The exotic greenhouse in Colayrac is also worth a visit, which is just 7 km away. Located 15 km from Agen, your cottage sits on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne River, overlooking the beautiful Valley of the Mass. Nestled on a sprawling 8-hectare property, this charming cottage is surrounded by lush green meadows and rolling hills. Originally built in the 16th century, it is attached to the owners' house but offers complete privacy.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Upstairs, you will find three cozy bedrooms. The first room features two 90 cm beds and a convenient storage space. The second room also has two 90 cm beds and ample storage. The third room boasts a comfortable 140 cm bed and a spacious cupboard. There is also a shower room with a toilet on this floor.

On the ground floor, the cottage features a warm and inviting living and dining area. The 25.5 m² space includes a rustic sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a farmhouse-style dining table with four chairs and a bench. From here, you can access the terrace, equipped with a barbecue and a garden, facing south-west and offering stunning views of the meadows and groves.

The well-equipped kitchen spans 18 m² and includes a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and various other appliances to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. There is also a separate toilet and sink on this floor.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to visit our Angora goats, which produce the famous mohair, as well as our friendly donkeys. We can also arrange for a babysitter upon request.

Directions

To access the destination, start from Agen and head towards Bordeaux on the N113. After passing Lapoulaille, take a right and then travel 100 meters before turning left towards St. Medard. At the end of this road, make a left turn towards Clermont Dessous. Continue for another 100 meters and then make a right turn onto The Gil. The destination will be the last house along this route.
