Just a 5-minute walk from the town centre, where you can find supermarkets, doctors, chemists, and banks, this flat offers a serene and comfortable atmosphere, making it perfect for a middle-aged couple or a young couple with a baby in a cot.

Access to the flat is through an independent stairway and entrance, leading to a spacious living room with a furnished loggia. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, complete with modern appliances such as a dishwasher and microwave. The flat also includes all necessary electricity.

The bedroom in the flat is generously sized, featuring a comfortable double bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as separate toilets. All modern appliances are provided, ensuring convenience during your stay. House linen, including bed sheets and towels, are also included. Private parking is available, and guests can enjoy the garden seats and BBQ.

Please note that the flat should be left in a clean and tidy condition, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. Unfortunately, no animals are allowed, and smoking is prohibited. English is spoken by the hosts.

Très belle location, dans un environnement calme et très agréable, bordée de belles plantations et de rosiers très parfumés. La location est très bien agencée et équipée, et nous sommes fort bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui se montrent pleins d'attention.

Take the exit from N165/E60 (Nantes-Brest) right after passing AURAY. Proceed onto D768, heading towards PLUVIGNER. Once you reach the center of PLUVIGNER, make a left turn at the church onto D102, which leads to LANGUIDIC. Look for the "chemin de Poull Guidec" located directly across from the "Gendarmerie."
