Experience the perfect self-catering getaway in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, Côtes dArmor, Brittany. This charming holiday home, formerly a barn, has been beautifully renovated in 2004 to offer a modern and open plan interior. Situated in a tranquil setting, opposite the owner's residence, it provides a quiet and peaceful retreat.The living room is furnished with a comfortable 2-seater sofa, a hi-fi system, and a well-equipped kitchen area featuring a microwave, a 4-ring hob, and a mini oven. The property also includes a convenient shower room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a cozy sitting area with a TV, a sofa, and easy chairs. Further stairs lead to a second-floor mezzanine with two single beds. Additionally, we offer a travel cot, a high chair, a pushchair, and toys and games upon request.
For your comfort, the property is equipped with electric heating. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely garden with views of the charming hamlet and valley. Furthermore, there is a larger enclosed garden, shared with the owner's family, which features a lawn, a patio, furniture, and a BBQ. We also provide bicycles for two adults, one child, and a toddler bike.
Ideally located, our holiday home is just a short drive from the picturesque towns of Dinan and St Malo. Within cycling distance, you will find a local bakery for fresh morning croissants, an estuary beach for a refreshing swim, and village restaurants offering both French and British cuisine. Moreover, there are well-marked footpaths along the beautiful Rance estuary, allowing you to explore the stunning surroundings.
Convenient amenities and a Tuesday market can be found in Pleudihen, only 2 kilometers away. The Rance estuary beach is just 4 kilometers away, while the seaside beach in St Malo is a short 19-kilometer drive. There are also plenty of other local attractions to visit, including the delightful medieval town of Dinan.
