Welcome to Quillan, a spacious three bedroom self-catering holiday home that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Whether you're a family, couple, or a group of friends, this is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation or an exciting activity break in the beautiful south of France. Weekly rates for this lovely home range from 400 to 500 euros.

Located in a peaceful street near the town center, this house boasts three bedrooms - a double, family room, and a single. It also features a cozy lounge/diner, a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a delightful sun terrace and a charming courtyard garden with a summer kitchen.

Conveniently situated just a short stroll away from restaurants, bars, shops, and an open air swimming pool, this house offers easy access to various amenities. There is ample parking available, as well as a secure shed to store bicycles. For those looking to explore the region, the one-euro trains and buses to Carcassonne and Perpignan are easily accessible. Moreover, there are nearby swimming lakes and hiking trails to enjoy.

Safety is a priority, and both the garden and terrace are fully enclosed, making them a secure space for children or well-behaved pets.

For larger groups or guests with mobility impairments, there is an additional ground-floor bedsitting room with an ensuite bathroom and a separate sun terrace. This can be rented at an extra cost upon prior arrangement. Short lets of a minimum of 3 nights are available, and we offer reduced rates for longer stays.

Directions

Getting to Quillan is convenient whether you choose to travel by car, train, or air. You can easily reach it through the airports and main stations located in Carcassonne and Perpignan. From either of these locations, there is a train or bus service available to Quillan for just 1 euro. Once you arrive at the train and bus station, the house is only a short walk away. Detailed directions will be provided upon booking.
