Additionally, guests have access to the grassy areas and shaded spots, complete with garden furniture, and can also enjoy direct access to the banks of the Loire river. The property also provides parking spaces for 2 cars and a fully equipped workshop where guests can securely store up to two bikes.

The apartment consists of 4 rooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a hallway. The kitchen is equipped with 4 induction cooking stations, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher, ensuring that guests have all the necessary amenities for convenient cooking. The living room features a TV with TNT and a DVD player for entertainment. Guests can also enjoy a Wi-Fi connection (for legal use only!) throughout the apartment.
